The Rokinon 135mm f/2.0 ED UMC Lens available in mounts for for Canon EF, Fujifilm X, Micro 4/3, Nikon F (FX), Pentax KAF, Samsung NX, and Sony/Minolta Alpha, Sony E is a manual focus telephoto prime lens ideal for portraits and all medium telephoto photography. Its fast f/2.0 maximum aperture is effective in poor light and enables control of shallow depth of field. With its rounded 9-blade diaphragm, shallow depth of field images will be rendered with pleasurable out-of-focus highlights. Working on both full frame and APS-C format DSLR cameras, this lens delivers a 35mm focal length equivalence to 202.5mm when mounted on an APS-C camera with a minimum focus distance of 2.6'.
The optical layout includes a single extra-low dispersion lens element to control chromatic aberration, enabling sharp, color-precise images, and each of its lens elements provide Ultra Multi-Coating to enhance light transmission and diminish ghosting and flare. An internal focus system keeps the front barrel from rotating, allowing more effective use of variable filters.
A rugged metal barrel with a wide focus ring along with manual aperture control ring provides tactile control over focus and exposure. A removable lens hood which is included deters stray light from getting into the lens, while protecting it from unforeseen impacts and precipitation.
