I have looked at the suitability of the products and what I recommend is based on my experiences as photographer. The options expressed and recommendations made are what I would use myself for a particular situation. I have made a conscious decision not to review on price - it is pointless saying that something is "good value for money" if it not going to do the job well.
Just as are all people are difference, all photographers do vary and what suits one photographer may well not suit another. I also find that my opinion as to what is a manageable size and weight of camera to carry and use may not hold true for other photographers. I believe that the majority of photographers should be more than capable of handling any camera in the range providing they learn to hold and handle it correctly.

How I do lens reviews
I test many of the lenses myself and not just rely
solely on reviews of others. I constantly buy, sell and trade lenses, I borrow them from friends
or rent them for
a few days and then come to my own conclusions about a lens. I also shoot images in similar conditions, look at them on the computer and print them out to compare lenses:
