arkins Ball Heads. The Markins has a unique patented “bi-axial locking mechanism” that allows it to be smaller and lighter, yet support more weight. In fact, the weight to load ratio is 80:1, which means the Markins will support eighty times more weight than it itself weighs.
The M10/20 uses the industry standard Arca Swiss style dove-tail plates, so you'll never have problems finding extra plates for them.

Markins Q3 Emille
Ball Head
A triumph of compact design and precision engineering. The compactness and light weight (385g) of Q3 is ideal to match with a light-weighted tripod such as Gitzo series-1 (T) or smaller tripods. Its small size is deceiving as it's strong enough to support and handle with ease and prescision SLR camera bodies with small to mid-size lens such as the popular 70-200/f/2.8 or 300/f.4 or even larger. Smallest Q-Ball in the Markins family but it has the same silky smoothness and precise friction adjustment and all the other features found in its bigger siblings the Markins M10 and M20. There are ballheads out there smaller but nothing comes close to the Q3 in terms of quality and features.
