Panasonic has debuted the DMC-S3 as a member of the latest S line of low-priced compacts. The 14Mp compact
is image-stabilized and is provided with an optical 28-112mm zoom, 720p HD recording, and 2.7 inch LCD screen for
$120 MSRP.
