Olympus Stylus 1s Digital Camera Equipped with an all purpose 35mm equivalent 28-300mm 10.7x iZUIKO lens boasting a constant f/2.8 maximum aperture, the Olympus Stylus 1s Digital Camera enables photographers to quickly photograph in a wide range of shooting situations, including poor light. The 12-MP point-and-shoot contains a 1/1.7" BSI CMOS sensor to capture images and full HD video with admiral color, detail, and low noise. Additionally, the ISO sensitivity range runs from 100-12800 for opulent tones in bright light and low-noise in lackluster settings. Fast AF and a full resolution continuous shooting pace of 7 frames per second exemplify the performance aspects of its TruePic VI image processor.

A big, bright Electronic Viewfinder enables stable, eye-level formation with 100% field of view. The 1440k-dot resolution view provides clear live view of white balance, exposure, art filters and more. Camera settings are also a visible on the EVF while an eye sensor instantly illuminates the viewfinder when you raise the camera to your eye. Additionally a 3.0" LCD with Tilt-Touch and a 1.04 million dot resolution provides precise colors in both composition and playback. With the ability to tilt upwards 80º and downwards 50º, the LCD allows for simple to shoot from irregular angles and avoid bright light reflections. Touchscreen control is available for camera settings adjustment, shutter release and a simple swipe shows rapid image viewing during playback. It also features adjustable tone, brightness, and color saturation.

Full 1080p HD video recording at 30 frames per second is supported as is an array of lower resolutions, which includes VGA and QVGA slow-motion video capture. Advanced shooting mode now include Small Target AF, Focus Peaking and both interval shooting and time lapse video options. Additionally, the Stylus 1s features built-in wireless connectivity for prompt transfer of images to a smartphone, PC or tablet. When using the OI.Share application, the remote function lets you have full control the camera's shutter speed, aperture, ISO and more right from your smart device. You can also display the camera's live view on your device, select AF points and add art filter effects.

A hybrid control ring at the lens base provides zoom control and manual focus. Also, you can adjust shutter speed, aperture and other essential settings directly from the ring. Two function buttons allow the customization of the control ring along with the sub dial letting you quickly control the settings most essential to you and keep your eye on the subject as you change camera adjustments. A handy lever on the camera face also provides zoom functions. Full manual exposure control in P/A/S/M modes provides decisive image control and lets you obtain the maximum out of the fast aperture lens. There is both a built-in pop-up flash unit and a hot shoe mount for external flash. Wireless flash control in four channels is available. In addition to raw capture, a Neutral Density filter featuring 3-stops and slow-motion video, the Stylus 1s provides in-camera art filters, such as Pop Art, and Grainy Film, to provide imaginative touches to your photos.

Although a great deal more compact, the Stylus 1s follows the Olympus OM series camera's form factor while its automatic lens cap, slim design, well-arranged control buttons and textured grip augment its elegant style and provide comfortable, simple-to-use handling. ✓
