Nikon DL 18-50 Compact Digital Camera

The Nikon DL18-50 f/1.8-2.8 Digital Camera boasts the widest-angle lens of Nikon's advanced DL point and series. The camera takes an 18-50mm equivalent lens and combines it with a 20.8 megapixel CX-format BSI CMOS sensor to produce stunning images in just about any situation. This fast f/1.8-2.8 maximum aperture NIKKOR can capture images with shallow depth of field along with taking advantage of low-light imaging. Containing a Nano Crystal Coat plus an array of aspherical ED and High Refractive Index elements, the lens ensures maximum resolution and clarity with practically any flare, ghosting, or aberrations. The lens also has a Fluorine coating to fend off dust and water and even features Perspective Control for precisely portraying architecture and Dual Detect VR to indemnify any camera shake.

Seeing that all this technology operates smoothly, quickly, and efficiently, the DL18-50 takes advantage of the strength of the EXPEED 6A image processor to create crisp, clean still images and provide UHD 4K video recording at 30p. Coupled with the 20.8 megap[ixel sensor, the camera can operate with sensitivities ranging from ISO 160 thru 12800 and can run an advanced Hybrid AF system containing 171 focus points, 105 of which have the capability of phase detection. This autofocus system can even be used during continuous shooting with as many as 20 frames per second, although using fixed focus users can increase the camera's speed to an incredible 60 fps.

The camera's body design is influenced by the Nikon's legendary DSLRs, featuring numerous physical dials and buttons . There is a included command dial, rotary multi-selector, customizable function button, plus a precision zoom ring, along with a control ring that may be set to one of many functions. Ensuring composition is satisfying, the DL18-50 also features a 1037k-dot tilting OLED 3.0" touchscreen. In addition, it has complete SnapBridge support with included built-in Wi-Fi and NFC along with Bluetooth Low Energy technology for direct connection to a smart device. Lastly, it has a 24-piont hot shoe terminal for attaching with Speedlights plus using an optional electronic viewfinder.
