Kodak M5370 16-MP, with 5X wide-angle lens

Kodak M5370

Kodak Easyshare M5370 touch-screen 5x compact Although Kodak. is cutting back on the digital camera operations in a few areas, it is still announcing an array of new cameras. The This week the announced the M5370, is a 16-MP point &-shoot model with a wide-angle 5x zoom lens.

Earlier this summer Kodak released the Z5010. which is among an expanding array of 'superzoom' cameras in the marketplace by camera makers like Panasonic and Samsung. Superzoom cameras most often are in bodies that mimic DSLR cameras although with smaller image sensors, which allow a wider range of focal lengths. Kodak's Z5010 14-MP camera features an optical 21x zoom. The Kodak 5370 superzoom is expected to reach the market this fall at most retailers for a suggested $180 retail price.
