Keeping With the Trend
In High Quality Imaging

Canon PowerShot SX150 IS Powershot Canon SX150 IS is the successor to the Powershot SX130 IS keeping the trend of high-quality imaging in Canon consumer digital cameras The SX150 IS features a slight upgrade over the previous model, featuring the identical 12x optical zoom flexible lens (performs like a 28-336mm SLR lens); the SX150 saves users from the annoyance (not to mention consuming space) that goes along with packing numerous lenses for different uses.

The SX150 IS incorporates a slightly advanced image sensor, providing increased resolution (14MP compared to 12 MPs), although it uses the identical DIGI 4 imaging processor. The Image stabilization was made better, and the SX150 has some added functions one of them being the ability to follow non-human targets. The SX150 IS update now features a devoted video capture control button.

The SX150 also operates on AA batteries really great in a in a pinch by just changing them out with fresh batteries in place of recharging them. The camera is just right for all-day outdoor shooting. The SX150 IS will carry a suggested price of $250 the same as its predecessor, and you can get it towards the last part of September. The SX150 still does not have the ability to capture full HD videos (the maximum is 720p).  Announced Aug 23, 2011 ✓
