The Canon Powershot A3000 is simple to use, no confusion here, has a
terrific smart mode, and shoots great images in any lighting condition. If you unable to take good pictures on your present camera, you will have no problems with this one. The jpeg movie mode is simple to use, but better if employed in good light. There is zoom available during the movie capture, which I is somewhat uncommon, and the microphone is super sensitive...It is featherweight, but
heavy enough for comfortable hand holding . All in all, this included in a package any family would be delighted to have.
