Making full use of the wide viewing angle and intense depth of field, this condensed Lumix G 14mm lens, provides outstanding performance while photographing not just landscapes but also including snapshots and indoor photography.
Made up of of six lenses within five lens groups including triple aspherical type lenses, the lens accomplishes both reduced compactness and a shortened overall length of just 20.5mm featuring high optical implementation. It also shines in photographing scenes containing straight line components including architectural structures due to reduced distortion. Integration of a stepping motor with inner focus drive accomplishes the ability to use of stealth, high speed contrast autofocus.
Seven blades create an aperture with a rounded profile that fabricates a buttery smooth appearance in out-of-focus locations in the image when photographing at larger aperture openings. A proven metal mount ensures robustness for continued use, it also uses lens elements that are multi-coated to minimize ghosting and lens flare to further improve its shooting performance.
