An ultra compact pancake that's retractable with 3x zoom (Acts like a 28-84 mm SLR lens) for the Lumix Micro 4/3 mount that's just about the dimensions and weighs pretty much the same as the Panasonic 20mm pancake lens. It measures 2.4 x 1.87"/61 x 47.7 mm (while the short dimension shrivels down to 1.05"/26.8 mm while the power is switched off).

It's weight is only 3.35 oz/95 g. Its not only small and lightweight, this X lens contains the high performance specifications such as autofocus while recording movies, nano surface coat that drastically minimizes flair and ghosting, plus Power Optical Image Stabilizer (O.I.S.) for greatly enhance picture crispness and blur diminution. A pair of ED lens elements counteract chromatic aberration, while the silent fabrication makes this the perfect lens for video shooting.

Lumix G X Vario PZ 14-42mm/F3.5-5.6 Asph./Power OIS (H-PS14042) lens, designed to retract to reduce its size. Panasonic said the GF3X, when combined with the new lens, is the company's smallest and lightest compact system camera.

With electric-powered zoom operation, the retractable Power Zoom lens is reportedly 26.8mm in length, and weighs about 3.35 ounces. The GF3X and G X lens can achieve Light Speed AF of approximately 0.1 second, according to the company.
