The ED 14-150mm Olympus M. Zuiko Digital f/4-5.6 II, 10.7x high-magnification interchangeable zoom lens includes dustproof and splashproof construction inside a compact, lightweight body, and is guided by to the Micro Four Thirds System standard. This lens roots is based upon a redesign of the ED M.Zuiko Digital 14-150mm f4.0-5.6, which was anounced in June 2010. It provides ZERO (Zuiko Extra-low Reflection Optical) Coating for complete correction of ghosts and flaring, and features the same dustproof and splashproof performance employed on the OM-D E-M1 and E-M5 Mark II. This compact, lightweight lens features a (28-300mm, 35mm equivalent ), handling the focal length from wide angle thru telephoto. This single 10.7x high-magnification zoom lens is ideal for capturing close-ups of children's expressions, photographing indoors and outdoors, and a wide array of subjects. Now it contains a dustproof and splashproof construction, making it ideal for travel.

The design has also been completely rengineered and the identical sealing, dustproof and splashproof construction is the same as the latest four dustproof and splashproof M.Zuiko Digital lenses and matches the look of the OM-D E-M1 and E-M5 Mark II.

Mirrorless Features
Dustproof and splashproof construction: for photographing in an array of environments This lens comes with the same dustproof and splashproof cosntruction that's popular on the OM-D. When joined with the OM-D E-M1 and the E-M5 Mark II, it preserves a high level of impermeability against dust, sand, and water droplets,

Ultra compact design with dedicated digital layout for superior photography performance: Decidedly compact and high image quality Featuring a maximum diameter of around 64mm, this is an extremely slender 10.7 high-magnification zoom.

Excellent close-up photography capability: The lens can acquire subjects at all zoom ranges from the nearest shooting distance of 50cm (approx. 33cm from the front of the lens). Up to a maximum capture magnification ratio of 0.22x (35mm equivalent: 0.44x) is available with close-up photography.

ZERO Coating: ZERO (Zuiko Extra-low Reflection Optical) The coating is applied to the interior surface of the lens making it possible to completely remove ghosting and flaring. ZERO Coating ensures clear image quality even in backlit or other undesireable situations.

Circular aperture: A circular aperture device is used to generate natural defocusing effects without any major faults.

High-speed, silent autofocus: An inner focusing system is employed, and an MSC device consisting of just two lenses for a lightweight and compact lens unit, allows high-speed, silent autofocus. This makes for convenient and enjoyable, stress-free still image and movie photography.

Smooth manual focus: The manual focusing device is engineered to offer a responsive feel, with the ideal feel of resistance to enable smooth, precise operation.
