This handle was purchased for use on a Flip camcorder. The shots come out amazingly smooth! Anyone looking for an inexpensive way to gain steadier shots... this item is a must!

The CAMGRIP attaches easily and securely to my Kodak zi8 and Nikon Coolpix S8000. Both cameras are small...and I am 6-ft 4-in with big hands...and gripping those two cameras and holding them steady was no easy feat...until I attached the CAMGRIP. Now I can hold both cameras more steady and adjust the settings easier with less fumbling about. Plus, I leave less fingerprints on the cameras.
Some reviewers complained the CAMGRIP is too short...but, personally, the length is perfect for my big hands...long enough to grip firmly but short enough to fit into a compact camera case. (The Kodak Pocket Video Case holds either my Coolpix or zi8 as well as the CAMGRIP, two spare batteries and spare memory card with ease and portability.)
The quality of construction is very good.
I rate the CAMGRIP as an essential tool for today's very small cameras. And I just ordered a second one.
